Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, advanced electronic payment and fare collection initiatives within the public transportation sector. This strategic role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, for high-value projects like Open Payments and Account-Based Ticketing.
The ideal candidate will:
Lead project execution, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
Manage the full project budget, resources, and financial forecasting.
Orchestrate a complex network of stakeholders, including government agencies and technical vendors.
Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, including PCI-DSS compliance.
Required: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale electronic payment projects, a deep understanding of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems or payment gateways, and exceptional communication skills. PMP certification is highly preferred.
