We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure and maintainable configurations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and custom solutions.
Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, SecOps, HRSD, SPM, and BCM.
Build platform components including Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, catalog items, dashboards, and reports.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment/rollback procedures.
Support Agile development, code reviews, releases, and platform governance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in enterprise environments.
3+ years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and update sets.
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow governance.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
