Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of the Software Asset Management (SAM) module. This role is critical for improving software visibility, ensuring compliance, and optimizing cost across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow SAM module.
Integrate SAM with key systems like CMDB, SCCM, and Intune.
Define ITAM/SAM best practices, workflows, and reporting processes.
Configure vendor modules (e.G., Microsoft, Oracle) and develop automated workflows for license optimization.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal support teams.
Required Experience
Proven, hands-on experience implementing and managing ServiceNow SAM.
Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM)/SAM principles and software license models.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, SML, NDS, and SaaS license integrations.
Familiarity with SCCM and Intune integrations.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
