Senior ServiceNow Technical Advisor Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Advisor to lead the assessment, planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role is responsible for evaluating business needs, developing technical roadmaps, and providing strategic guidance throughout the full project lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions while ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and develop strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs and implementation plans.

  • Develop technical project plans, establish milestones, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Facilitate workshops focused on business process analysis, solution design, and requirements prioritization.

  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, technical documentation, and solution artifacts.

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to support.

  • Collaborate with development, quality assurance, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and operational handover.

  • Recommend best practices, governance standards, and platform optimization strategies.

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or providing technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) or similar ServiceNow modules.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting solution assessments, developing implementation roadmaps, and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

  • Proven experience designing and configuring ServiceNow applications based on complex business and technical requirements.

  • Strong understanding of the complete ServiceNow software development lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.

  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, and best practices.

  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and platform customization.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional environments.

  • Experience producing technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation artifacts.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor project teams throughout solution delivery.
