Job Description


We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
  • Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, storage quotas, and governance policies.
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and usage analytics.
  • Perform regular system audits and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
  • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Configuration & Solution Development
  • Configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and metadata structures.
  • Implement content management frameworks, document retention policies, and taxonomy structures.
  • Customize SharePoint environments using built-in tools, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and approved third-party solutions.
  • Support integrations with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions.

Operations Support
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint-related incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot user access, performance issues, and configuration problems.
  • Coordinate change management activities and release deployments.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
  • Partner with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure ongoing platform stability.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or SharePoint Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server architecture.
  • Experience with SharePoint configuration, permissions management, and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
