Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner to lead transformational change initiatives or projects. Key aspects include:
Role: Leading strategic change management plans aligned with Prosci®and ACMP®standards. This involves stakeholder assessments, communication and training materials, and measuring change effectiveness.
Environment: Fast-paced Learning & Organizational Development team with a focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
Responsibilities: Developing change management plans, conducting impact analyses, estimating OCM effort, integrating change activities into project plans, providing oversight, facilitating meetings, creating communications and training, measuring effectiveness, and generating reports.
Requirements: 8-10 years of OCM experience, CCMP®and Prosci®certifications, strong communication and analytical skills, business acumen, ability to adapt, and post-secondary education in a related field.
Location: Edmonton-based with a mobile work style and occasional travel to the corporate office.
