The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining, securing, and optimizing our network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support technologies including Cisco routers/switches, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, ASA, FTD, FortiGate, Meraki, Sophos, and Palo Alto firewalls.
Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and VPN configurations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues during escalations.
Replace defective components and ensure optimal performance of network systems.
Monitor and optimize network performance while maintaining security standards.
Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams and incident logs.
Required Skills:
Experience with Cisco technologies, routing protocols, and firewalls (e.G., FortiGate, Palo Alto).
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Knowledge of network security principles and VPN configurations.
Proficiency with network monitoring tools like Wireshark or SolarWinds.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
