Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong technical understanding of IAM system & processes, who can not only analyze and implement business systems but also manage large-scale projects from start to finish. This hybrid role also requires a strong background in both systems analysis and project management, with the ability to take ownership of projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex system IAM implementations on time and within budget, while aligning technology solutions with business needs and has hands-on technical expertise with system configurations, as well as have experience developing operational models.
Skills and experience required:
Advanced skills in IAM implementations and cybersecurity
Proficiency with IAM solutions like SailPoint, Okta, Saivynt etc.
Creating process maps, business analysis, managing stakeholders, and technical project management
Work closely with IT teams to design and configure new systems and process enhancements based on business requirements
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities, ensuring effective resource management and risk mitigation.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors ensuring that they meet their project deliverables and quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and contribute to the ongoing optimization of business systems and workflows.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, such as system configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
