Business Analyst –Onboarding & Business Transformation
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives focused on onboarding, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data quality. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define business requirements, and deliver solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience.
Key Focus
Review and enhance end-to-end onboarding and account management processes.
Improve operational efficiency, data quality, and governance.
Support compliance with AML/KYC and regulatory requirements.
Reduce operational risk through process and system improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
General Experience Required
Proven experience in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and impact analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs and recommend practical solutions.
Experience supporting user acceptance testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Specific Experience Required
Experience in client or counterparty onboarding, account opening, or client lifecycle management within financial services.
Knowledge of AML, KYC, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and regulatory compliance processes.
Understanding of onboarding workflows, account structures, and operational controls.
Experience with data management, data quality, and system integration across onboarding or compliance platforms.
Exposure to business transformation or regulatory change initiatives is preferred.
