We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications. This role provides technical leadership while remaining hands-on in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Manage application releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause resolution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development and application deployment.
Strong Java development experience.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and containerization is an asset.
