Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
  • Design and implement custom applications and integrations.
  • Maintain CMDB health.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage user roles, groups, and Access Controls (ACLs).
  • Monitor system performance, conduct maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and scripts.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and document processes.
  • Train internal IT teams and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Mandatory Certification:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Proof required with bid submission.
Nice to Have Certifications (Assets):
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (for specific modules) - Proof required with bid submission if possessed.
